Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to assist with exchanges or store credit for eligible items returned within the guidelines below.
Change of Mind Returns (Online Orders)
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
Change-of-mind returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
To request a return, you must contact StyleWest for approval first by emailing info@stylewest.com.au. Items sent back without prior return approval may not be accepted.
Once a return has been approved, the item must be received by StyleWest within 7 business days.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • unworn and unwashed
  • in original condition
  • with original tags attached
  • free from marks including makeup, fake tan, perfume/deodorant, pet hair or odours
Please take care when trying on garments. We recommend trying items on before applying makeup, fake tan, deodorant or fragrances. Items returned with these marks may not be accepted for return.
Where possible, items should be returned in their original packaging to help protect the garment during transit.
All returned items are inspected upon arrival. If a returned item does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy, StyleWest reserves the right to decline the return. If a return is declined, the item may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
  • sale or clearance items
  • final sale items
  • gift cards
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us if you believe an item is faulty or incorrect.
Faults should be reported by emailing info@stylewest.com.au with a description of the issue and clear photos within a reasonable timeframe of noticing the fault.
Where possible, please include:
  • a photo of the fault
  • a photo of the full item
  • your order number
Items will be assessed once received.
The following are generally not considered faults:
  • normal wear and tear
  • damage caused by incorrect washing or care
  • slight colour variation between product images and the actual item
If a product is confirmed to have a fault, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 5–7 business days once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please note that bank or payment provider processing times are outside of our control, and refunds may take additional time to appear in your account.
Purchases Made at Shows or In-Person Events
Items purchased at shows, markets or in-person events are exchange only.
Show purchases are intended to allow customers to try items on and select the correct size and style at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for exchange, items must meet the returns conditions and be;
  • in new condition
  • unworn and unwashed
  • with original tags attached
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to StyleWest for exchange.
Excessive or Suspicious Returns
StyleWest reserves the right to monitor return activity and may decline returns or exchanges where we believe the policy is being misused.
This may include situations where items appear to have been worn, repeatedly returned, or where return behaviour suggests use outside the intended purpose of the policy.
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
